If your flag is red, white & green, your tequila should be 100% blue.
This year birthday was a simple affair. The boyfriend brought me to Cafe Iguana, a Mexican restaurant and bar by the Singapore river. Was v excited firstly because it was our first Mexican dinner and secondly, I enjoy alfresco dining on a calm and breezy evening by the river (:
haha the boyf didn't want to take a picture hence the "walk-away" pose
just when we arrived right at the restaurant, my camera decided to die on me :( ahh yes lens error again! I thought I got it fixed already but guess I'll have to go down to canon again :< so, the rest of pictures below are from iPhone. surprisingly my iPhone takes good pictures!
our view from seats :)
complimentary chips! and our juices :)
our extremely yummy appetizers - Spicy Lettuce Wraps, choice of pork :)
In our opinion, this is really really good!!!!! It could even be served as a main because both of us find ourselves 1/4 full after finishing it!
then came our mains :)
I ordered 1/2 chicken tequila grill - consists of 2 chicken thighs, grilled vegetables and whole lotsa poblano-scalloped potatoes beneath! sinful much!
Jack got himself Red Snapper Enchiladas Platosa - consists of tortillas with fish inside and Mexican rice!
both dishes were equally delicious and we left with happy tummy at the end of meal :D
Since we were near Robertson Quay, brought him to Laurent Bernard :D Chocolate is not cheating, we need a little bit of sweet. hee.
got pleasure and crispsy chocolate tart - both literally to die for. meltz in the mouth.
boyf went.. "eh you know how much sugar inside anot????" .... I don't care lol
thank you, can't wait for the getaway in June! <3
