& to sidetrack a little, the mango cheesecake from Swissbake is really good!! very rich in flavor that leaves one wanting for more :D cakes for supper and breakfast, I like!

Sunday clears away the rust of the whole week

Finally. Sunday brunch in sunny island!! 

J & I made our way to Prive at Keppel Bay and got our seats in less than 10 minutes with a beautiful yatch view :) 

J's Ultimate big breakfast, $20

I had DIY Omelette, $15. It was really good. I personally love the toasted bread spread with butter :D

The top is definitely one of my favourite buy from Korea! :D

Coffee break at Dean & Deluca. I've heard so much about its opening before I left for Korea hehe

Iced Americano, $6 for 2 and the recommended carrot cake, $8 by the cashier. It doesn't taste that good on first bite but does get better and better after each mouth!! Abit pricey but definitely worth the try! Hungry at the thought of it now :|

Porn's x Family

because the lil' brother was overseas for work during Mother's day, we had belated family dinner together on my birthday (: hehe and yes, his treat. Dinner at Porn's, my 2nd Thai meal within 5 days. Since the payer wants to try, we went ahead with it haha

the concept at Junction 10 was slightly different from the one at Bugis, even the water cup! so cute

Don't find porn's as great at Aloy Thai. The pineapple rice and Pad Thai are only so-so, the soup a little tad sour.

Saturday brunch

last saturday was a little special because mum and i didn't had work. they wanted to try the coffee bean breakfast set which i have been frequenting quite often and so we made our way to the railway mall branch haha. the place was filled with adults reading newspapers, video watching and students with books... while me, people watching lol

3 different sets, equally good. the lil' bro treated us to a slice of carrot cake for share after our brunch! haha.

just done with my second paper this morning. one more to go this Saturday! sooo sleeeepy (and it's raining...), probably i should get a 30 minutes power nap before I start studying!
